Learn how to create and assign competencies in Kiri Align to test your workforce’s ability to perform various tasks and jobs.

Competency is the quality of being adequately qualified physically and intellectually for a particular job. You can test your workforce’s competencies for any task by creating and assigning competencies in the Kiri Align system.
