Logging into Kiri Align
- Request an invite to get a lifetime free access to the Kiri Align application by filling the form on the Kiri Align website. You can find the form here.https://www.kirialign.com/#contact-us
- Once you fill this form, you will receive a sign-up link along with a promo code.
- Meanwhile, we will create an entity for your organisation in the system.
- Look for an email from Kiri Align in your inbox.
- Copy the promo code in the email and click on the sign-up link. It’ll take you here.https://app.kirialign.com/#/register
- Paste the promo code and click ‘Submit.’
- You will be asked to change your password. You can then set a new password for your Kiri Align account.
- Next, you’ll be directed to the login page.https://app.kirialign.com/#/login?returnUrl=%2F
- You can log in using your ‘Username’ that is your email address and ‘Password’ that you just created.
- Click ‘Login’ and you’ll be taken to your Kiri Align application dashboard.

Tracking Activities on the Dashboard
Once you login to the Kiri Align application, you can view the Dashboard. It displays and helps you track your activities like Inductions, Operational Procedures, Job Safety Analysis, Pre-starts, Policies, Service Checks, Trainings, Audit lists, and Compliances.
Managing Employees and Roles
If you’ve just logged into the Kiri Align application, your system will be pretty blank. The first thing you can do is to start adding your employees based on their roles so they can log in to the system and start using it too.
Creating and Assigning Checklists
There are five types of checklists in Kiri Align - Inductions, Operational Procedures, Pre-starts, JSAs, and Service Checks. You can create checklists by adding a set of questions and assign them to your employees, stakeholders, contractors, and business partners.
