How to Record Training Logs
Learn how to record training logs with all the information related to the training and notes in Kiri Align.
A training log is a record that helps you keep track of the training notes and employees under the training for upgrading their skills.
A training log is a record that helps you keep track of the training notes and employees under the training for upgrading their skills.
Keeping logs will help you keep count and ensure the training is undertaken by the concerned employees.
You can see the list of logs in the screenshot below.
- Click on the ‘Add New Training Log’ button to add a log once training is undertaken and assessed.
- Select trainer, employee, training date, training type, and equipment for the log.
- Add the number of training hours and training notes.
- Click ‘Save’ to save the log.
