How to Create and Report Non-compliance
Learn how to create and report non-compliance in Kiri Align to make sure all the applicable laws and policies are followed across your organisation.
Non-compliance means not conforming to a rule, such as a specification, policy, standard or law.

You can file a con-compliance in the Kiri Align application to report incidents where applicable laws, organizational policies, and the standards of consumers and business partners are not followed well.
Click on the ‘Add New Non-compliance’ button and fill in the non-compliance form to file a non-compliance in the system.
Select the ‘Person Involved’ and add other details required in the non-compliance form.
Next, add evidences if you have any and click ‘Save’ to save the non-compliance.
The file formats that you can upload in the system as evidence are PNG, JPG , PDF, Video in MP4 format, and DOC files.
The non-compliance that you created will be seen in the ‘Undertake’ section of the ‘Person Involved’ in the non-compliance.
They can either accept it if they agree on it or decline it if they do not agree that they were involved in the non-compliance.
Awaiting Non-compliances
You can view the compliances you created in the ‘Awaiting’ tab in your ‘Non-compliance’ section. The non-compliance you created stays in your ‘Awaiting’ tab until the person involved takes any action upon it.
Accepted Non-compliances
In the ‘Accepted’ tab in your ‘Non-compliance’ section, you can view the non-compliances that you accepted.
That means, these non-compliances were created by someone else and you were added as the ‘Person Involved,’ and you accepted that you were involved in the non-compliance.
Declined Non-compliances
In the ‘Declined’ tab in your ‘Non-compliance’ section, you can view the non-compliances that you declined.
That means, these non-compliances were created by someone else and you were added as the ‘Person involved,’ and you declined that you were involved in the non-compliance.
